The clinic has very friendly and helpful stuff. The doctors have well bedside manners. The place has kid friendly rooms. Very clean.

My usual provider is amazing but I had to come on a day she wasn’t available and was seen by a different provider named Oliver, an NP. He showed no professionalism. I expressed my concerns and he asked if I was sure it was a real experience, almost invalidating me. On top of that, he wouldn’t let me speak as he would consistently cut me off whenever I would try to talk. He made me seem like I was unimportant. I came on a Saturday for an EKG which is what I was told to do by phone by one of the staff. But when I came, it was not communicated to them and they were confused why I was there. On top of that, they did not have the materials ready for an EKG and had to send me back home. My main concern really is the lack of professionalism and respect that Oliver had towards me. He also made a comment saying that I should just go to the ER instead for an EKG and not at their office, making it seem like he didn’t want to deal with me, but I was only following instructions (from the phone call). Very unprofessional!

I have been accompanying my father to this doctor's office for over two years. Subsequently, my mother began attending, and now I also go to this location. The staff members are consistently friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. Also, Sopheap Lim has helped me a lot with scheduling everyone's appointments. A significant advantage is their proficiency in Cambodian, which is exceptionally beneficial for both my parents. Regarding medication, they provide diligent follow-up, and should they be unable to ascertain the cause of an issue, they promptly refer you to specialists.

This is the best place to receive medical care. I am seen for different reasons by: Lim Sokpheap; Pulido Pulmer Jack; Tran Thuy; and Choi Byung Soo. They are so kind and caring. They listen to your needs . Appointments are easy to make and wait time is minimal. The lobby staff, in fact everyone that works there goes above and beyond to make you happy and comfortable. Thanks all of you 😊 for your excellent service. If you don't have insurance they also go by your income for discounted payments. I love all of you 😊❤️.

The Behavioral Health unit is spectacular. The people are really nice and caring. I love it here. I've been a patient for 6 years.
